With 180 m² it is ideal for up to 6 people. The ground floor has a large kitchen with dining area, spacious living room, bathroom with large open door with bath. On the first floor there are 3 double rooms (two with private bathroom with shower), very large terrace with beautiful sea view (direct exit from the bedroom). On the 600 m2 fenced garden there is a private swimming pool 8x4m intended exclusively for guests. Near the pool there is a large covered terrace with a dining table and chairs on one side and table football and a table for entertaining on the other. Near the pool there is a small house with a tavern and a fireplace, and on the top of this small house a nice large terrace with a beautiful sea view. The whole space is airy, full of natural light, has WIFI, and guests are provided with private parking. Pets, with prior notice and additional charge, are welcome. The deposit is 600 EUR, which is fully refunded to the guests if everything is correct at check-out.
