The villa consists of two separate floors, which are rented together.
The first floor has its own entrance and consists of a large double bedroom, a living room with sea views, large kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace. It is all equipped with new high quality Italian furniture and leather sofas.
The very large ground floor has two entrances and consists of entrance hall, also larger kitchen overlooking the pool, 2 nicely furnished double bedrooms (one with sea view), one single bedroom, 3 bathrooms, one with bath, the other with shower, and the third larges one combined with shower and bath. There is a large dining table in the dining room, lodge with dining table, huge living room with leather sofas and fireplace and a new gallery with two single beds. From the living room exit to a very large terrace with a nice relaxing zone with sea views.
The ground floor is connected by stairs to the tavern with a large fireplace in the basement. There is also a large room with table tennis, pool table (8ft), gym and a nice bathroom with large shower. Behind the villa is a large private pool 5x10 m with covered summer kitchen with terrace and a very large table all to eat and enjoy.
