Semi-detached house with large pool (60m2), for large groups (11-17 people) is located in a very quiet area, ideal for a great family holiday, 3 km from the pebble beach. This holiday home consists of semi-detached houses and was built in 2002.  The villa is located in a very quiet place in eastern Istria by the name Krnica, near Marčana., while 17 km from the town of Vodnjan and very well connected with the north and southwest, so as the larger cities such as Pula (25 km) and Rovinj (41 km). The airport of Pula is only 20 km away. Near Krnica is the village of Glavani, known for its adrenaline park.

With 170 m2, 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms + extra toilette, it is ideal for up to 11 guests. Villa is air-conditioned. Guests are provided with WI-FI, parking space. Each half of the house has a separate entrance and the floors are connected by internal stairs. The functionally furnished property has several terraces and a large communal pool (60 m2), which you share with guests of Villa Alice (4-6 persons). Or if it is a large group (20-24 persons), it is possible to rent the additional house and then have a private pool.

In addition to the house your children can play undisturbed in the  garden in front of the house. In the village itself there is a small supermarket, just 300 meters away and the nearest natural beaches are 3 km away and can be reached in a few minutes while restaurant is 2 km away.
